1914 Home Remodel

To Whom it May Concern,

I was in an awful predicament.  I had just bought my house, winter was coming and I was trying to get a furnace installed when we discovered the rot in my floor and walls.  Work came to a screeching halt and my realtor suggested I call Petersen’s Affordable Home Repair.  Phil came to my rescue.  He quickly assessed the problem, provided me with a report and resolved what turned out to be a big problem.  Not only did he complete the repairs in a timely fashion (I needed an entire new floor), he respected my space, cleaned up at the end of each day and consulted with me along the way regarding his progress and any needed changes.  I was especially pleased with his ability to match the new construction to the existing features of my 1914 home.
Phil has since helped me out with other repairs and I will certainly call on him in the future when I need a handyman.
